  • Includes all the coaching features of the other plans, with no advanced payment beyond the current month. It allows you to continue on a monthly basis without any long term commitments
  • Free (1) 30 minutes session to provide a general gait & running analysis, preventative maintenance and injury avoidance exercise
  • Additional sessions are charged at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes
  • Specific training plan according to athlete’s target goal race
  • Attention to detail: your training plans will include the little things that help you improve your overall athletic performance (e.g. drills, strength training, stretching, and more)
