- Sign up for three months at a time and save yourself some money. Already working with me? Like what you’re getting? This option saves you $20 a month by paying for three months up front
- Free (1) 30 minutes session to provide a general gait & running analysis, preventative maintenance and injury avoidance exercise
- Additional sessions are charged at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes
- Specific training plan according to athlete’s target goal race
- Attention to detail: your training plans will include the little things that help you improve your overall athletic performance (e.g. drills, strength training, stretching, and more)
* Multi-month programs require payment in full for all months in advance
