Basically any runner with a goal and drive to make it happen, who is looking for a little more guidance or accountability is going to love the results.

When you sign up for coaching you will be prompted to fill out our intake form (it covers everything from current health status, goals, past running stats/accomplishments, history of injury, time availability, current fueling, etc).

Training plans provided and modified to athlete
- Includes all the coaching features of the other plans, with no advanced payment beyond the current month. It allows you to continue on a monthly basis without any long term commitments
- Free (1) 30 minutes session to provide a general gait & running analysis, preventative maintenance and injury avoidance exercise
- Additional sessions are charged at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes
- Specific training plan according to athlete's target goal race
Three Month Commitment

- Sign up for three months at a time and save yourself some money. Already working with me? Like what you're getting? This option saves you $20 a month by paying for three months up front

- Additional sessions are charged at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes

Six Month Commitment

- Whether you're training for the perfect half or full marathon PR or just running to stay in-shape. Our six month coaching program saves you $34 a month! This is the longest program we offer
- Free (1) 30 minutes session to provide a general gait & running analysis, preventative maintenance and injury avoidance exercise
- Additional sessions are charged at a rate of $30 per 30 minutes
- Specific training plan according to athlete's target goal race
Attention to detail: your training plans will include the little things that help you improve your overall athletic performance (e.g. drills, strength training, stretching, and more)
